What you will do

• Lead IT projects end-to-end from scoping to post-go-live, ensuring results and momentum.
• Translate complex or unclear business needs into detailed scopes, plans, and priorities.
• Maintain execution discipline through rigorous follow-up on tasks, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate and align diverse stakeholders across IT and business functions to ensure smooth execution.
• Contribute to the creation and evolution of lean, pragmatic governance and PMO practices.
• Communicate project status, risks, and priorities transparently to the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Liège, Belgium (HQ1 IT).
• Proven 5+ years of experience as a hands-on Project Manager.
• Ability to adapt approach using Agile and/or hybrid delivery models.
• Fluency in French is required.
• English proficiency level B2+.
• PM certification (PMI, Prince2) or equivalent professional experience.
