Senior Site Reliability Engineer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Design and implement observability, alerting, and incident management capabilities.
• Build self-service reliability tooling and "golden paths" to enable product teams to operate autonomously.
• Drive the adoption of SRE practices across teams, embedding reliability into delivery workflows.
• Act as a technical mentor for the Reliability Operations team through pair programming and code reviews.
• Lead improvements in incident response, runbooks, and blameless post-mortems.
• Reduce incident frequency and mean time to recovery (MTTR) through systemic improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or Platform Reliability Engineer.
• Expertise in SRE practices and observability systems (e.g., Datadog).
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, Linux systems, and networking.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), programming, and scripting.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
• Must be located in or able to work from the Belgium Hub in Liège.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French.
