TL;DR

Product Designer (UX/UI): Creating intuitive, user-centered digital products and experiences across web and mobile platforms with an accent on product thinking and AI-enabled design. Location: Hybrid (Johannesburg, South Africa). Teams are in the office an average of four days a week.

What you will do

• Design user-friendly digital experiences across web, mobile, and digital platforms.
• Conduct UX activities including user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interface design.
• Apply product thinking to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial goals.
• Use AI tools to improve research, ideation, prototyping, and design workflows.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, reusable components, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and clients to present and refine design concepts.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, prototyping, and measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience designing responsive web, mobile, and digital products.
• Knowledge of UX research, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance design processes.
