Location: Remote (Must be based in Lithuania)

Salary: €5,400 - €6,700 gross monthly

What you will do

• Analyze regulatory threats and opportunities to develop and prioritize best-in-class advocacy strategies.
• Build and maintain a network of trusted relationships with the Ministry of Finance, Bank of Lithuania, and other Northern European institutions.
• Conduct public advocacy campaigns to secure key policy priorities and boost long-term growth.
• Coordinate EU-level policy initiatives in close collaboration with the Brussels-based Government Affairs team.
• Monitor political debates and legislative initiatives to inform internal strategy.
• Represent the company at events and engage with key press contacts to shape policy debate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in public affairs, government, parliament, or a trade body.
• Experience working in technical, highly regulated policy areas.
• Ability to analyze complex legislation and convert it into actionable strategy.
• Fluency in Lithuanian.
• Excellent written communication skills and a data-driven approach to messaging.
• Must be based in Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Understanding of financial services regulations such as PSD2, MiCA, Basel 3.1, IFR, or CBDCs.
