What you will do

• Sustain critical backend manufacturing processes, monitoring daily yield, test time, scrap, and key process indicators.
• Utilize Python, C, C++, and SQL for automated testing, control scripting, and data crunching.
• Perform structured root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, and DMAIC to resolve process excursions and chronic issues.
• Develop and release Test Process Documentation, including work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans.
• Partner with equipment and automation teams to drive process equipment optimization and failure mode reduction.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency in a sustainable manner.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing process environments and failure analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency in data querying, analytical troubleshooting, and scripting (Python, C, C++, or SQL).
• Experience supporting documentation such as work instructions, PFMEA, or control plans.
