What you will do
- Design, build, and evolve backend solutions to power customer experiences and business capabilities.
- Own solutions across the full lifecycle, from design and implementation to release, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Frontend Engineers within small, autonomous, cross-functional teams.
- Apply strong backend craftsmanship to ensure product impact, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
- Continuously improve systems, tooling, and internal development practices.
Requirements
- Experience as a Backend Engineer in product-oriented, high-scale, or regulated environments.
- Strong fundamentals in API design, data modeling, testing, performance, resilience, and operability.
- Hands-on experience with .NET (C#) and event-driven architectures such as RabbitMQ or NServiceBus.
- Solid experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, and production systems.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and services like S3.
- Ability to own solutions end-to-end, from design to production.
