What you will do

• Build an institutional business line with full P&L responsibility.
• Define the product strategy for a multi-jurisdictional execution-to-custody offering.
• Design go-to-market strategies for broker-dealers, private banks, wealth managers, and family offices.
• Build and lead the commercial team, personally closing institutional clients in the early stages.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ship a competitive API-first, multi-asset platform.
• Define the operating model and scale the team across various geographies.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in capital markets, institutional platforms, or B2B financial infrastructure.
• Proven track record of building or scaling a business line with P&L ownership.
• Experience with multi-asset platform sales and electronic trading platforms.
• Deep knowledge of the global markets stack and multi-entity regulated environments.
• Strong commercial instincts and an established network across institutional clients.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience as a founder or early executive at a B2B financial infrastructure company.
• Prior leadership in outsourced trading or institutional platform teams within a major investment bank or custodian.
• An existing network across European, US, MENA, LATAM, or APAC institutional segments.
