What you will do

• Create graphics and visual assets for digital campaigns across social media, the app, and marketing channels.
• Participate in creative briefs and brainstorming sessions, contributing original ideas to the process.
• Support the production of content, reels, motion graphics, and visually polished presentation decks.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement brand guidelines and ensure all assets are "on-brand".
• Apply design thinking to translate complex financial products into visual clarity for users.
• Ensure all deliverables, from in-app banners to campaign key visuals, meet strict quality standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency with design tools: Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and effective visual design patterns.
• Genuine curiosity about fintech, technology, and digital product behavior.
• Ability to approach design as a problem-solving exercise rather than just decoration.
