Salary: €3,546 - €5,538 gross per month (based on a full-time 38h contract)

What you will do

• Implement and continuously improve QA processes across institutional, portfolio, and course levels.
• Identify bottlenecks and policy gaps to streamline educational workflows.
• Plan and monitor evaluation cycles, analyzing learner data and platform insights.
• Prepare the annual quality assurance report and present findings to management and stakeholders.
• Advise on the effectiveness of the QA system and refine feedback methodologies.
• Support the Quality Assurance Board as Secretary and collaborate with the research team.

Requirements

• Degree in Education Sciences or a similar field.
• Proven experience in educational quality assurance, preferably in Higher Education.
• Experience with education quality control, ICT tools for education, and online teaching methods.
• Must be in possession of a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Analytical, data-driven approach and ability to work on a project basis.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch or willingness to learn the language.
• Experience with a process-oriented working approach.
