What you will do

• Develop deep learning solutions for 3D vision and robotic manipulation using hirify.global 3D sensors.
• Build and curate high-quality datasets, including data collection and annotation pipelines.
• Implement and fine-tune AI models by leveraging foundation models and the latest research.
• Productize ML solutions by optimizing for real-time inference and implementing MLOps best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, vision, optics, and software engineers.
• Document and share ML best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in machine vision, image processing, artificial intelligence, and/or robotics.
• Strong understanding of deep learning architectures for vision, including CNNs and transformers.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ with frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Experience with real-time inference and model optimization (e.g., ONNX, TensorRT).
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in AI, Computer Science, Robotics, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with depth estimation, stereo vision, or monocular 3D reconstruction.
• Practical experience with MLOps and deploying AI/ML models into products.
• Knowledge of synthetic data generation and sim-to-real techniques for training vision models.
• Experience with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) or Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models for robotics.
• GPU programming skills using CUDA, OpenCL, or Halide.
