What you will do

• Analyze user behavior across conversion funnels using GA4 and Matomo to identify drop-off points.
• Plan, prioritize, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to drive optimization hypotheses.
• Create and maintain business dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio for stakeholders.
• Combine onsite analytics with inventory, pricing, and external weather data to generate business insights.
• Conduct cross-market performance analysis for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Poland.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, CX, and Operations teams to improve revenue and AOV.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of professional experience in eCommerce Analytics, CRO, or Growth Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (Enhanced Ecommerce) and Matomo.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, SQL, and BigQuery.
• Experience with heatmap and session recording tools like Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.
• German: Business fluent (C1–C2) required for stakeholder collaboration.
• English: Fluent (C1) required for international collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems integrations.
• Knowledge of working with Weather APIs and other external data sources.
