What you will do
- Analyze functional and technical requirements, including change requests, tasks, and incidents from banks or processors.
- Investigate databases and source code to fully understand technical topics and performance issues.
- Collaborate with functional business analysts and development squads to decide on technical solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical discussion partner for customers.
- Manage technical upgrades and resolve complex system incidents.
Requirements
- Degree in a technical subject.
- Expertise working with Java and Databases (Oracle, Postgres).
- Experience creating complex SQL statements.
- English: C1 level (written and spoken) required.
- Strong proactive communication skills for stakeholder management.

- Proficiency in French, German, or Italian.
