What you will do

• Own the end-to-end execution of paid search activity for the Petplan account, including testing, media plans, and optimization.
• Manage and coach junior team members and offshore colleagues, overseeing their development and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to act as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver performance commentary and weekly reporting to track and improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with organic and SEO teams to align activity for optimal SERP outcomes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to maximize operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Paid Search expertise with current certifications and deep knowledge of bid management and PPC platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and Looker Studio.
• Ability to plan and execute Demand Gen and YouTube campaigns to drive performance and reach.
• Experience in people management, including delegating workloads and providing feedback.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is mandatory.
• Ability to work from the London office approximately four days a week.
