TL;DR

Customer Value Consultant (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of Enterprise accounts to drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion with an accent on quantifying business outcomes and building multi-threaded stakeholder relationships. Focus on proactive, usage-triggered outreach and partnering with Sales to identify expansion opportunities within the EMEA and North American markets.

Location: Must be based in and have the right to work in London (Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office).

What you will do

  • Run pre-sale value discovery with enterprise prospects to quantify potential business impact.
  • Lead structured onboarding for new enterprise customers focused on delivering measurable value.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct value reviews at 3 and 6 months to ensure customers realize agreed-upon outcomes.
  • Drive proactive, usage-triggered outreach based on account health and platform metrics.
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in and have the right to work in London (no visa sponsorship or relocation support).
  • 3–5 years of experience in value-led sales, value consulting, or commercial Customer Success in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building quantified business cases and tying engagements to measurable outcomes.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts and engaging economic buyers.
  • Highly data-driven approach to prioritizing time and guiding customer conversations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Conversational or better proficiency in German.
  • Curiosity about AI-assisted workflows and automation tools.
