What you will do

• Own the Sydney workplace technology end-to-end, including day-to-day experiences for staff and guests.
• Manage the local hardware lifecycle, including provisioning, stock, repairs, and technical escalations.
• Execute the technology side of new-hire onboarding, including device staging and tool setup.
• Program-manage physical systems buildouts, including cabling, badge access-control, and camera infrastructure.
• Manage the AV and conferencing estate for meeting rooms, all-hands, and special events.
• Oversee site technology spend and forecasting in coordination with Finance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT, workplace technology, or AV technical operations.
• Proven track record of running on-site technical buildouts end-to-end.
• Strong program management skills to coordinate vendors, installers, and budgets.
• Must be based in Sydney and work on-site five days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zoom Rooms, Neat, Meraki, and Verkada.
• Proficiency in macOS provisioning, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager.
• Experience with AI-native ITSM platforms or tools like Jira Service Management and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of 1Password and office network fundamentals.
