TL;DR
Workplace Technology Lead (IT Operations): Managing the end-to-end technical environment of the Stockholm office, including hardware, AV, and physical security infrastructure with an accent on operational excellence and scalable office tech. Focus on orchestrating physical buildouts, automating new-hire onboarding, and ensuring seamless AV/conferencing for high-stakes events.
Location: On-site in Stockholm (5 days per week)

What you will do
- Own Stockholm's workplace technology end-to-end, overseeing the day-to-day experience for staff and guests.
- Manage the technology side of new-hire onboarding, including device staging, account provisioning, and in-person setup.
- Maintain the AV and conferencing estate, including meeting rooms and all-hands event technology.
- Program-manage physical systems for office buildouts, including cameras, badge access-control, and structured cabling.
- Oversee the local hardware lifecycle, including provisioning, stock management, repairs, and returns.
- Manage site technology spend and budget forecasting in coordination with the Finance department.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT, workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations.
- Proven experience running on-site buildouts end-to-end.
- Strong program management skills for scoping fit-outs and managing vendors and timelines.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Stockholm five days a week.
- Ability to act as the sole technologist initially and build out a team as the office scales.
Nice to have
- Experience with AV tools at scale, specifically Neat and Zoom Rooms.
- Knowledge of physical security infrastructure such as Verkada (badge/access-control and CCTV).
- Familiarity with Meraki and local network spine fundamentals.
- Experience with macOS provisioning using Jamf and Apple Business Manager.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted ITSM platforms like Serval, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice.
