TL;DR

Junior Product Manager (Fintech): Supporting the development and continuity of generic product services within Value Chain & Trade Finance with an accent on backlog structuring, alignment, and ownership. Location: Hybrid in Utrecht (NL)

Salary: €5,030 - €7,183 per month

What you will do

  • Reduce and structure existing generic product backlogs across multiple product domains.
  • Create clarity in ownership and ways of working for generic product services post-migration.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, acting as the primary point of contact for auditors.
  • Intake, assess, and prioritize new IT in control (risk, compliance, and control) requirements.
  • Translate regulatory and control requirements into actionable work items for delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with wholesale lending stakeholders and platform specialists to manage dependencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Affinity with financial services or corporate banking.
  • Experience or strong interest in product ownership or business analysis.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in Utrecht (NL) on a hybrid basis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
