Talent Community Manager

📍 Bordeaux, France (Hybrid)
Join a fast-growing AI creative production company as a Talent Community Manager, leading and developing a global network of 400+ AI creators, 3D artists, and creative freelancers. This role combines community management, talent development, recruitment, and AI-powered process improvement, working closely with Production, Product, Finance, and People Operations.
What you’ll be doing:
— Manage and grow an international community of AI creators, 3D artists, and freelance production specialists
— Act as the primary point of contact for providers, supporting assignments, onboarding, invoicing, and day-to-day operations
— Lead engagement initiatives, newsletters, retention programs, and community activation
— Coordinate onboarding, training, and continuous upskilling for new and existing providers
— Track community health, provider activity, training completion, and recruitment KPIs
— Oversee recruitment campaigns and onboarding of new providers based on production demand
— Improve community operations through automation using tools like Zapier, Make, and AI integrations
— Manage a remote Community Assistant and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
What they’re looking for:
— Experience in Community Management, Talent Communities, Provider Relations, or similar roles
— Background working in fast-growing international or marketplace environments
— Experience managing remote contributors, freelancers, or distributed communities
— Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
— Interest in AI, generative content, creative production, or 3D technologies
— Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, AI workflows) is highly valued
— Fluent French and English are required; Russian is a plus
