What you will do
- Administer and maintain compensation models, rate structures, and operational workflows for third-party distribution.
- Act as a liaison between internal partners and external distribution partners to provide compensation support.
- Coordinate the accuracy and distribution of compensation schedules and rate information for product launches and firm offerings.
- Research and resolve operational issues and troubleshooting queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize Excel and AI tools to analyze data and generate insights for special projects.
- Support advisor onboarding activities, including appointments and background checks (up to 25% of the role).
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- 3+ years of insurance industry experience.
- 2+ years of relationship management or customer-facing experience.
- Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check under FINRA.
- Must be based in Springfield, MA.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with compensation administration in financial services.
- Knowledge of life, disability, annuity, and long-term care insurance products.
