Salary: $170,000–$220,000

What you will do

• Manage daily delivery of hirify.global Managed Services to ensure service objectives, SLOs, SLAs, and KPIs are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers and executive stakeholders.
• Lead project planning, data migration activities, and storage platform deployments across multi-vendor platforms.
• Coordinate and coach cross-functional teams to maximize organizational performance and employee contribution.
• Manage incident response for high-severity issues and deliver comprehensive post-incident reports.
• Develop and drive Service Improvement Plans while managing resource utilization and profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in IT service delivery.
• Hands-on experience delivering large-scale storage, cloud, and infrastructure solutions.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL for outsourced Managed Services.
• Strong technical expertise in data management, cloud, and storage technology.
• Proven ability in matrix leadership, motivating and influencing cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification is preferred.
