System Analyst (Fintech)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in the Warsaw office, Poland)

What you will do

• Conduct end-to-end system and IT analysis for banking software development projects.
• Create comprehensive functional and system documentation.
• Identify and visualize complex dependencies between applications and system components.
• Design system integrations utilizing SOA and ESB architecture principles.
• Collaborate with software developers and architects using Jira and Confluence.
• Operate within an Agile environment, actively participating in Scrum processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system/IT analysis within the banking sector.
• Strong proficiency in BPMN and UML notations.
• Practical knowledge of SOA, ESB architecture, and system integration concepts.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with 2 days a week in the Warsaw office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Enterprise Architect.
• Experience with NeMO and NeMO Cyfrowe platforms.
