TL;DR
Technical Support Engineer (AI): Providing technical support for AI engineers and infrastructure architects using the Tavily API to power RAG and AI agents with an accent on debugging LLM applications and API troubleshooting. Focus on diagnosing production issues, improving internal diagnostics, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve bugs in modern AI platforms.
Location: Remote (USA, Europe) or onsite in Amsterdam, Tel Aviv, New York City, or Austin. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply.
Base Compensation Range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform and Tavily, a search engine specifically designed to power RAG and real-time reasoning in AI systems.
What you will do
- Monitor incoming support tickets and diagnose issues across customer setups, Tavily products, and deployment.
- Debug production LLM applications and agents for highly technical users.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to escalate and resolve bugs.
- Improve internal tooling, diagnostics, runbooks, and self-service knowledge articles.
- Participate in post-mortems for critical incidents and track support health KPIs (CSAT, bug recurrence).
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical support experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or cloud services.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across APIs, web applications, and cloud environments.
- Proficiency with Python and LLM toolchains such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
- General understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and agent architectures.
- Experience working with logs, monitoring tools, and no-code integrations like n8n.
- Must be authorized to work in the country of application.
