What you will do

• Optimize inventory monetization across SSPs and DSPs to maximize digital advertising revenue.
• Manage technical and commercial partnerships with external programmatic platforms and ad networks.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot Private Marketplace (PMP) and Preferred Deals for premium inventory.
• Analyze key metrics like fill rates, eCPMs, and floor prices to identify and resolve revenue blockages.
• Configure ad server settings, price floors, and unified auction wrappers within Google Ad Manager (GAM).
• Collaborate with the Ad Quality team to enforce strict standards and prevent malware or poor user experiences.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset for performance analysis and trend identification.
• Experience with programmatic platforms including Google Ad Manager, SSPs, and DSPs (e.g., TTD, PubMatic, Magnite).
• Fluency in Japanese for effectively communicating with partners in the Japanese market.
• Business-level English for collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of Prebid SDK configuration and Header Bidding wrapper auction dynamics.
• Mastery of dynamic floor price settings within SSPs for yield optimization.
• Proven track record of executing Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) campaigns.
• Familiarity with yield analytics dashboards such as Adomik or Looker.
• Experience in first-party data monetization via clean rooms or curation platforms.
