What you will do

• Align strategic objectives with project execution across the EDGE Commercial portfolio.
• Drive strategic planning, portfolio reporting, and project performance management to support informed decision-making.
• Establish and oversee project governance and quality assurance frameworks.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage high-level stakeholder engagement and ensure consistent value delivery.
• Provide comprehensive project management support across the organization.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United Arab Emirates
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or Finance.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, strategy, or governance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven expertise in executive reporting, project governance, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with enterprise systems and automation tools such as SAP, Microsoft Project (MSP), and Power BI.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate qualification.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional certification.
