What you will do

• Design and ship full-stack internal tools and platforms, from web applications to distributed async job processing systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, localization, user success) to identify bottlenecks and ship tailored automation solutions.
• Build and scale AI systems, including Creative Automation and Content Generation, utilizing LLMs and RAG.
• Implement agentic coding and AI assistants to accelerate the development lifecycle while maintaining high software standards.
• Architect robust, maintainable systems for queuing and asynchronous processing to ensure automation reliability.
• Mentor the team in software design and AI adoption, owning the process from scoping to delivery and measurement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building modern end-to-end web applications.
• Proficiency with Go and HTMX (Python is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG (pgvector), prompt engineering, and frameworks like LangChain.
• Proven track record of shipping AI-driven features into production.
• Experience owning the full product lifecycle, from discovery and scoping to launch and iteration.
• Must be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the UK.
