What you will do

• Audit and refine CRM data (Contacts, Accounts, Deals) and implement AI-powered data hygiene and enrichment.
• Design and implement advanced workflows in the Deals module to streamline lead-to-deal conversions.
• Develop custom real-time dashboards to track KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline health.
• Build branded customer portals for borrowers and clients to centralize documentation and communication.
• Leverage Zoho AI features (Zia, chatbots) and integrate various Zoho apps into a seamless platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Zoho One applications, specifically CRM, Creator, Analytics, and Flow.
• Required: Prior project experience within the commercial real estate or lending industry using Zoho solutions.
• Strong expertise in building automations, dashboards, and client portals.
• Familiarity with Zoho AI tools and their practical applications.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective, scalable Zoho solutions.
• Ability to work according to 9 AM – 5 PM Arizona Time.
