Location: Must be based in the Austin or Atlanta metro area (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $95,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Design and iterate on AI agents that drive automation across Bighirify.global and partner ecosystems.
• Connect agents to MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to surface backend capabilities (APIs, databases) for intuitive user experiences.
• Build AI agents that interpret user intent and execute store management actions via APIs.
• Integrate AI assistant features into the Bighirify.global control panel to support natural language queries.
• Collaborate with product designers and NLP experts to deliver high-quality conversational experiences.
• Develop internal tooling for LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and safe action execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Austin or Atlanta metro area to follow a hybrid work model (3 days/week in office).
• 3+ years of experience in backend or full-stack software development.
• Strong programming proficiency in Go.
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and building agentic AI applications.
• Understanding of prompt engineering concepts and RESTful APIs.
• BS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-hirify.global platforms or SaaS product development.
• Background in conversational AI or natural language processing.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and chaining tools such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Previous work with rules-based systems or AI copilots.
