Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead daily workplace operations in the Raleigh office, overseeing food, supplies, mail, and visitor support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and guests, coordinating closely with building management.
• Provide operational support for global new hire orientation and onboarding programs, including Zoom facilitation.
• Plan and execute local engagement events such as anniversaries, social gatherings, and lunch & learns.
• Manage local budgets and vendor relationships in coordination with the Procurement department.
• Drive AI initiatives and data tooling for the global Workplace team to improve decision-making and performance.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in workplace or employee experience roles (office site lead experience preferred).
• Ability to work onsite in Raleigh 4 days per week.
• Proven proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to streamline business workflows.
• Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and event logistics within hybrid work environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional working experience.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
