TL;DR

Location: Remote in Mexico or the US, or hybrid in Mexico City

Salary: $85,500 - $165,000 gross annually (US)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives such as CFOs and Heads of Treasury.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Sales Specialists to provide holistic, consultative solutions based on customer needs.
  • Drive customer activation, adoption, and growth through targeted upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a strategic enterprise sales pipeline to expand the company's market presence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle sales targeting enterprise or Tier 1 companies.
  • Proven track record of selling financial products, banking software, or similar solutions to large accounts.
  • Experience interacting with high-level decision makers and C-suite executives.
  • Deep understanding of payments infrastructure, FX, and merchant acquiring.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Degree in finance, business, or engineering.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in investment banking or high-growth fintech environments.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • Ability to travel for meetings and industry events.
