What you will do

• Partner with APJ Sales leadership to manage forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Develop annual operating plans, including headcount and sales compensation structures.
• Own APJ Sales financial performance, delivering P&L forecasts and variance analysis.
• Enhance financial reporting capabilities, including KPI tracking and ACV trend analysis.
• Support global sales functions and deal desk activities, including quote and promo approvals.
• Build financial models to support pricing strategies and go-to-market planning.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Sales Finance and GTM Finance roles.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Australia without employer sponsorship.
• Deep expertise in FP&A partnering with field sales, channel sales, and customer success teams.
• Strong command of financial modeling, sales processes, commissions, and metrics.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives for senior executives.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to drive efficient analysis.
