What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7 Research Consultants.
• Collaborate with international Research Leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
• Act as a sparring partner for clients, conceptualizing study designs and bespoke questionnaires.
• Interpret market research results to provide actionable business recommendations.
• Build and optimize scalable processes for project management and cross-team collaboration.
• Present research findings to key customers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in market research and B2B consulting with strong knowledge of quantitative methods.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in high-performing or scale-up environments.
• Fluent in both French and English (C1 level).
• Strategic and commercially minded approach to research.
• Hands-on mentality with a focus on pragmatism and data-driven decision-making.
