What you will do

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate brand partnerships aligned with business goals.
  • Build and execute partnership strategies and activation plans.
  • Plan annual partnership strategy with cross-functional teams (brand, comms, insights, design, content, data, product, social media, legal).
  • Use data to set goals and measure campaign performance (short-term and long-term).
  • Manage global budgets and improve ROI.
  • Lead complex projects from start to finish and support regional/local teams to improve marketing execution.

Requirements

  • Experience in brand, marketing, and campaign/event execution.
  • Strong project management, strategy, relationship-building, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience working with global partners, internal teams, and agencies.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and partnership value.
  • English/Mandarin: bilingual proficiency is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, resourceful, action-driven approach.
