What you will do

• Develop and integrate iterative timing closure flows for advanced APR in EDA tools.
• Improve AI agents to enhance PPA experiments and RTL2GDS workflows.
• Drive DTCO experiments across multiple PPA objectives.
• Collaborate with the hirify.global Foundry team to ensure platform entitlement in hirify.global Products TFM.
• Lead efforts to debug PPA non-determinism and drive improvements with EDA vendors.
• Establish and maintain deterministic measurement methodologies for TFM releases.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• 10+ years of industry experience in software development, data engineering, analytics, or AI-related roles.
• Proven experience in PPA convergence and structural design (RTL2GDS) for multiple product tape-ins.
• Deep expertise in EDA design construction tools, including application options and configurations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
