What you will do

• Lead the planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected and yield enhancement strategies.
• Develop product roadmaps based on market trends, competitive landscape, and user needs.
• Oversee project execution by collaborating with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, and risk management teams.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize AUM growth and user lifecycle management.
• Monitor market trends in crypto structured products to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.
• Define product parameters, pricing models, and risk frameworks in partnership with quantitative teams.

Requirements

• Must have a current right to work in Hong Kong without visa sponsorship.
• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Solid understanding of derivatives and structured finance concepts.
• Strong data analysis skills for identifying user needs and implementing growth strategies.
• Excellent English communication skills for working in a global, cross-timezone environment.
• Proactive and responsible attitude towards team and user objectives.

Nice to have

• Experience in trading or designing options and structured products at a financial institution or crypto exchange.
• CFA, FRM, or equivalent financial certification.
