What you will do

• Lead and manage day-to-day ITAM service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, including procurement, deployment, and disposal.
• Enforce ITAM policies and ensure compliance with internal audit and security requirements.
• Maintain and optimize ITAM processes, SOPs, and workflows to improve data accuracy.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and oversight to ITAM analysts and managed services teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or Service Delivery.
• Strong understanding of ITAM frameworks such as ITIL and SAM/HAM best practices.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and service providers.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines.

Nice to have

• ITIL certification (Foundation or higher).
• Experience with ServiceNow ITAM or similar platforms.
• Background in audit, compliance, or process governance.
• Experience working in a managed services or shared services environment.
