What you will do

  • Own the full GTM strategy and execution for multiple B2B SaaS products.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging to drive user action.
  • Identify, recruit, and engage beta users to drive early product adoption.
  • Build and manage launch campaigns, including landing pages, email sequences, and outreach workflows.
  • Document GTM learnings and build repeatable launch frameworks for future scalability.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to iterate on growth strategies based on performance data.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 4–8 years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, or GTM strategy.
  • Proven track record as an early-stage hire leading at least one successful end-to-end SaaS product launch.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills with the ability to translate complex value propositions.
  • Hands-on experience building scalable systems, outreach workflows, and marketing automation.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments with high ownership.

Nice to have

  • Experience in early-stage B2B SaaS startups.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth and founder-led marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and landing page builders.
