Senior AI Business Partner (AI)

Senior AI Business Partner (AI): Building and implementing hirify.global’s AI strategy across the business with an accent on vendor evaluation, onboarding/sunsetting, and AI governance. Focus on driving adoption through KPI tracking, limited evaluations, and cross-functional alignment to ensure tools meet fitness, ethics, security, and legal requirements.

What you will do

• Educate internal stakeholders, share best practices, and help business teams successfully adopt AI tools.
• Track and report business KPIs for AI implementation in collaboration with partner teams (including Art).
• Assess adoption and efficiency to decide whether to modify engagements, migrate solutions, or build in-house.
• Evaluate AI vendors for fitness, ethics, security, and legality; manage onboarding and sunsetting.
• Support AI governance and compliance for third-party providers with Legal and other partners.
• Coordinate across dependencies (Legal, Security, Procurement) and align with Production, Product Management, and Engineering.

Requirements

• BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Understanding of AI applications and methods, plus experience using or building AI.
• Experience in project management, production, and/or product management.
• Experience managing relationships with third-party vendors.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to deliver on timelines independently.
• Ability to challenge and influence collaboratively.
