What you will do

• Design and develop full-stack tools to drive engineering productivity.
• Create and optimize comprehensive technical documentation and self-serve materials.
• Oversee ongoing tool maintenance and provide robust engineering support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal developer workflows.
• Integrate AI technologies to augment problem-solving and daily development tasks.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in San Jose, CA.
• Strong proficiency in Go and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms or Kubernetes.
• Experience developing frontends using React or JavaScript.
• M.S. in Computer Science or related field with at least 2 months of relevant experience or internship.

Nice to have

• Experience building or integrating AI-forward features, automated agents, or LLM APIs.
• Prior professional experience with full-stack software development.
