What you will do

• Design and improve clickstream data pipelines from event ingestion to insight delivery.
• Build scalable platform capabilities for user data onboarding and real-time data architecture.
• Develop services and tools to facilitate user behavior analysis and personalization.
• Collaborate on mission-critical systems supporting ads serving, experimentation, and marketing.
• Ensure system reliability, cost efficiency, and low-latency performance under high load.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, Go, or Scala.
• Experience developing large-scale backend or data systems.
• Strong understanding of technical trade-offs for high-load, low-latency systems.
• Experience building APIs and working with transactional databases.
• Good English communication skills with experience in a global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with data processing technologies like Apache Flink or Apache Spark.
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Experience building AI/ML-integrated software or customer data platforms.
