Salary: PLN 27,100 – PLN 31,900 gross monthly (Krakow/Poland)

What you will do

• Maintain and update group FinCrime policies and define minimum standards for all processes.
• Oversee the quarterly performance of entity MLROs and compliance managers.
• Provide 2LoD support for product launches and ensure FinCrime risks are integrated into operations.
• Participate in governance committees to challenge initiatives and identify potential issues.
• Establish and review dashboards to monitor risk appetite and investigate anomalies.
• Prepare high-level reports for senior management and the Board regarding compliance risks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FinCrime (AML/CTF and sanctions) covering retail and business customers.
• Solid understanding of innovative financial services products and associated risks.
• Expertise in global requirements for financial crime controls and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record of stakeholder management and effective communication.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in or eligible to work from Poland, Portugal, Spain, or the UK.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification from an internationally recognised body (e.g., ICA, ACAMS).
• Experience in crypto, wealth, trading, or correspondent banking.
• Familiarity with anti-fraud regulatory issues and control assessment processes.
