Salary: $169,000 – $260,000 USD (depending on location and experience).

What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the Identity Governance platform.
• Engage with customers to identify pain points in compliance and access management.

• Lead a scrum team of engineers to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to articulate product differentiation and market positioning.
• Stay current with competitive landscapes and innovations in the identity governance space.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS or IaaS.
• Proven track record of developing and executing roadmaps for complex projects.
• Strong technical background with an owner mindset and customer-obsessed approach.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Okta technology and Identity Governance concepts (RBAC, entitlement management).
• Knowledge of standards such as SCIM and SAML.
• Experience with competitive IGA/PAM providers like SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance.
