Salary: $90,000 - $125,000

What you will do

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of programming entries for monthly financial close.
• Review journal entries and account reconciliations with clear audit trails.
• Perform financial statement reviews and support external disclosures.
• Maintain internal controls over financial reporting to ensure SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with IT and controllership teams on process improvements and system enhancements.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff through objective setting and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA certification required.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting practices and financial standards.
• Experience managing and coaching staff.
• Experience working with internal and external auditors.
