What you will do

• Lead knowledge management initiatives for EUV and DUV UIR domains.
• Design and execute cross-competency training programs to enhance workforce flexibility.
• Own skill level tracking, monitoring, and continuous improvement actions.
• Establish and maintain skill management tool monitoring for data accuracy.
• Provide regular skill and training status reports to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with manpower planning to align skill readiness with operational demand.

Requirements

• Strong background in EUV/DUV UIR operations or training environments.
• Proven experience in training program management and knowledge frameworks.
• Solid capability in skill tracking, analysis, and driving improvements.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and cross-sector collaboration skills.
