Salary: $173,500 – $278,000 (depending on level and location)

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year product roadmap for agentic AI capabilities within TurboTax.
• Lead the end-to-end development and launch of innovative AI features, partnering with ML engineers, data scientists, and designers.
• Design requirements for agent orchestration logic and human-in-the-loop processes to ensure high accuracy.
• Execute data-driven experiments and A/B testing to validate agent effectiveness and user trust.
• Influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience delivering world-class software products in platform, data-intensive, or AI/ML-powered domains.
• Significant hands-on experience shipping products leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI systems.
• Strong technical hirify.globalion with the ability to engage deeply on system architecture, model capabilities, and APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week in Mountain View, San Diego, or San Francisco.
