What you will do

• Architect and ship end-to-end GenAI, RAG, and multi-agent systems including backend and user-facing interfaces.
• Design hierarchical multi-agent ecosystems with interactive generative UIs and safety/observability features.
• Develop memory architectures including short-term contextual and long-term episodic memory with knowledge graph augmentation.
• Train, fine-tune, and distill LLMs using techniques like RLHF/DPO for production-ready chatbots.
• Build multimodal pipelines integrating vision, audio, text, and structured data optimized for scalability.
• Mentor engineers and represent the organization through open-source contributions and patents.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, ML, and AI systems with production GenAI deployments.
• Deep expertise in LLM training, adaptation, distillation, RLHF/DPO, and RAG systems.
• Proven experience building multi-agent AI platforms with observability and safety frameworks.
• Strong background in distributed GPU training, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and container orchestration.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex architecture to executive stakeholders.

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Recognized industry presence through publications, patents, or open-source contributions.
