What you will do

  • Execute outbound sales strategies across multiple channels with a strong emphasis on cold-calling.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial prospecting to final deal closing.
  • Identify key market verticals and diversify the prospect base to maintain consistent activity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding and activation experience for new clients.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Revolut Business through solution-based selling techniques.
  • Maintain expertise in market positioning and product offerings to effectively engage decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • 1+ years of demonstrable commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Strong literacy skills for email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Proven determination and accountability in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
  • Must be based in Mexico.
