TL;DR

New Business Account Executive (Fintech): Driving customer acquisition and growth in the Greek market with an accent on outbound sales, cold-calling, and pipeline management. Focus on identifying key verticals, executing solution-based selling, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Location: Must be based in Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, or the UK (Hybrid or Remote options available).

Salary: PLN 9,000 - PLN 13,700 gross monthly (for Poland-based roles).

What you will do

  • Execute outbound sales strategies across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on cold-calling.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial prospecting to final deal closing.
  • Identify key market verticals and diversify the prospect base to maximize growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding and activation experience for new customers.
  • Utilize solution-based selling techniques to communicate the value proposition of business products.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and balance time between prospecting, closing, and account management.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Greek required.
  • 1+ years of commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Strong literacy skills for email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
