What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Supply Chain Systems across first-party apps, third-party platforms, AI-powered solutions, and enterprise integrations.
• Run end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, user research, validation, requirements, delivery planning, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Define and track product success using KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, availability, deployment velocity, lead time reliability, and cost-to-serve.
• Drive automation and interoperability using modern integration patterns and iPaaS to improve data consistency and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering and Systems to deliver secure, reliable, and observable supply chain products and services, including monitoring, telemetry, documentation, and incident management.
• Coordinate with Security and Compliance to embed governance, controls, and audit readiness into product workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience supporting Supply Chain Systems, preferably in cloud infrastructure, data center operations, semiconductor, or enterprise technology environments.
• Proven experience leading product strategy, roadmap development, product discovery, KPI definition, prioritization, and enterprise-scale adoption.
• Experience building and scaling first-party and third-party products using AI, GenAI, or agentic technologies to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Agile product ownership experience (Product Owner), including backlog management, sprint planning, and hands-on work with Jira.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, event-driven architectures, data models, and enterprise systems integration.
• Supply chain domain experience across planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, PDM/PLM, supplier management, and MRP; plus ERP/platform experience (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Arena).

Nice to have

• Experience leading enterprise-wide supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Experience with hyperscale cloud infrastructure, AI hardware supply chains, semiconductor manufacturing, or data center operations.
• Familiarity with Data Center and Neocloud supply chain technologies and operational workflows.
• Experience evaluating build-versus-buy decisions across enterprise software ecosystems.
• Experience developing AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation solutions within supply chain operations.
