Salary: $160,000–$210,000 plus performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Own and review net capital computations (Rule 15c3-1) and monthly FOCUS Report filings.
• Prepare and review U.S. GAAP financial statements for annual X-17A-5 filings.
• Manage external audit relationships and coordinate regulatory compliance reviews.
• Lead technical accounting analysis for new products including structured products and repo/reverse repo.
• Partner with the CFO on the clearing-broker transition project and regulatory readiness.
• Manage and develop a team of direct reports and outsourced resources while driving process automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Deep hands-on expertise in U.S. broker-dealer accounting and SEC Rules 15c3-1 and 15c3-3.
• Substantial experience in broker-dealer finance and regulatory reporting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with a focus on AI-enabled automation.
• Demonstrated people-management experience with distributed or outsourced teams.
• Ability to operate in a flat, high-accountability culture with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Series 27 (Financial and Operations Principal) license.
• Portuguese language proficiency for coordination with Brazil head office.
• Experience with broker-dealer transitions to self-clearing.
