What you will do

• Support revenue retention and expansion by managing partner launch plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Maintain accurate tracking of partnership terms and performance metrics within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product to ensure successful deal execution.
• Monitor partnership performance against contractual obligations and provide actionable insights.
• Co-lead partner onboarding, guiding them through API capabilities and implementation best practices.
• Develop and execute co-marketing plans to drive awareness and revenue performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in creating professional decks and reports.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce for deal tracking and revenue forecasting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Must be able to work from the office in Universal City, California, at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Fluency with AI tools and emerging technologies for workflow efficiency.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams on API-based integrations.
• Experience with Atlassian and Asana project management tools.
• Background in Studio or Affiliate partnerships.
